These My Champions Club Terms and Conditions apply to members of the My Champions Club Loyalty Program. My Champions Club Loyalty Program is available to individuals who are Australian or New Zealand residents. My Champions Club has the discretion to refuse any application for membership. The process of scanning their first QR and completing details First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Email and Password, will establish the membership of My Champions Club and will also establish account creation of and or online accounts, where accounts don’t exist for the email address entered. My Champions Club points are automatically sent to Members Hygain or Mitavite Accounts, depending on the brand of the item scanned. An individual has accepted these Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) and agree to be bound by them, as soon as the first QR code is scanned and points are submitted to their online accounts (Hygain or Mitavite). My Champions Club (or agents acting on its behalf) collects personal information accordance to the Hygain Privacy Policy to administer the My Champions Club Program, manage points and other benefits, and for ongoing communication and marketing to My Champions Club Members. If personal information is not provided, customers are not able to be eligible to participate in the Program. Personal information may be provided to data analysts and IT services providers marketing and communications agencies, delivery service providers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors.

By providing your details through QR scans, your personal information is used for the purposes of direct marketing of goods and services. Direct marketing communications may be made by email, SMS, push notifications, social media, or by regular post. A My Champions Club Member may "opt out" of direct marketing communications at any time by emailing or by calling (03) 5943 2255


My Champions Club Members will only accrue points on instore purchases of goods and services from selected branded Hygain and Mitavite Products from any retailer or online purchase where products have My Champions Club QR Codes on packaging.

Points are not transferable and have no cash or monetary value.

Points are set for each product individually. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively. Any returned goods will result in points for the returned goods being reversed or cancelled. My Champions Club points may be adjusted up or down in the event of an incorrect accrual, or where it has been identified that a QR scan has been made to redeem points without purchase of the product.


Every new My Champions Club Member receives 100 points for signing up to My Champions Club.


The following table details the Hygain and Mitavite Points value for selected products

COOL VITALITY (20KG)  - 25 Points
PRIME EQ YEARLING (20KG)  - 31 Points
VICTORY (20KG)  - 33 Points

Please note that we are adding additional Hygain and Mitavite products to the program over the coming months. Any existing Champions Club Members who have tokens will be able to transfer their collected tokens to the new My Champions Club points program once these products have been migrated into the new program.


Every 100 points is worth $5.00. Points are redeemable only through online vouchers. Redemption is provided by an online checkout code to the nominated conversion of points to dollars which may be used to purchase supplements and or merchandise from the or online stores only. Points cannot be redeemed from any retail store. My Champions Club Points expire at 2 years. Points can only be redeemed by the My Champions Club Member personally through their online Hygain or Mitavite Account. Points are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash (or other value, such as gift cards). My Champions Club may make other benefits and rewards available to My Champions Club Members such as Birthday Offers. These offers may be changed or substituted from time to time and will expire based on the offer period. Like Points and Checkout Codes, Offers are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of My Champions Club Membership and any points and/or redemption offers must be redeemed within 8 weeks to avoid losing the points, unless a fraud incident has taken place where items were scanned without purchasing the product, in which case these points will be cancelled. Hygain Group is not be liable for inability to provide any of the benefits of the Program caused by circumstances beyond the control of Hygain Group (including but not limited to war or civil disturbance, acts of God, flood, weather, aircraft unserviceability or unavailability, strikes or industrial disputes). Hygain Group is not liability for any loss that may occur in relation to their My Champions Club Membership. Any dispute with the program or points, or eligibility to participate in the program will be determined by Hygain Group who will confirm the appropriate outcome. These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. Existing members will be notified of updates and the updates will be updated on this Terms page and will be advised on the My Champions Club Home Page
