Hygain and Mitavite have been supporting champions for over 40 years, including Melbourne Cup winners, Olympic medallists, and champions across all equestrian disciplines. As riders ourselves, we understand and share the love of the life-changing bond between riders and their horses.
While the program is on hold, we remain committed to providing the highest quality nutrition and support for your horse. We will share updates as soon as new opportunities for rewards and engagement become available.

My Champions Club Program Pause FAQs
We’ve heard from members that the program experience hasn’t always met expectations.
We’ve experienced some challenges with QR codes, along with recent technological changes impacting the way we deliver the program.
As such, we’re taking a pause to review the best way to recognise and reward loyalty across Hygain and Mitavite.
Points earning will continue until 15 April 2026. After this date, new points cannot be collected, even if your purchased product includes a QR code.
Yes. Points can be redeemed up to 15 April through the Hygain or Mitavite online stores.
From 24 April to 30 June 2026, you can redeem points for selected merchandise by emailing enquiries@mychampionsclub.com.au.
After 30 June, the program will be paused until further notice.
Yes. During the final redemption period (24 April – 30 June 2026), points from both brands will be combined into a single total to make redemption easier and more convenient.
Yes, as long as requests are submitted before the end of the points earning period. If you’re having trouble locating the QR code on your product packaging, please:
- Take a clear photo of the feed bag or supplement packaging
- Take a photo of your purchase receipt
- Email both photos to enquiries@mychampionsclub.com.au
We will manually add the points to your account and confirm by email.
We are committed to finding the best way to reward our members. The program is under review, and we’ll provide updates once our review is complete.
Points not redeemed by 30 June 2026 will be forfeited. To ensure they still make a difference, the value of unredeemed points will be converted into feed donations for a national equine charity. We will share the story of this donation on our social channels.
